Bottle. Color: Hazy pale golden, fast diminishing white head. Aroma: Funky Brett, fruity, tart. Taste: Over moderate tart, lemon, pretty much Brett funk, hoppy backbone. Dry-ish finish. Just below medium body, average carbonation. Another great one from Schneeeule, masters of Berliner Weisse.

Bottle, 750 ml at Ambasada, Zagreb. Hazy yellow with small white head. Funk, citrus, lemon, tad yeasty, medium sourness. Light bodied. Easy drinkable.

Bottle sample, huge thanks Rafa! Was debating with myself whether I should tick it or not, but the taste stuck with me, so I damn sure will. The typical Schneeeule funkiness grows in the aroma, bretty, funky, with some herbal and tad yeasty and fruity notes. Soft taste, with a pillowy creamy presence, and some berry notes, quite juicy for a Schneeeeeeee beer, but the funk is present and rounds it up. Likely my fave of theirs that day! My last tick of Day 1 of the Prague Beer Fest!

Bottled 750ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb, shared with hrabren and Iznogud. Unclear yellow coloured, small white head that went away fast, fruity and mild yeasty nose. Fruity, light spicy, lemony and discreet herbal with sourish finish.

0.75 l bottle shared with Plish, Iznogud and Ogi at Ambasada. Zagreb. Hazy greenish golden, small off-white head. Grassy and zesty, lime at first, nice funky element appears, a bit pungent, cheese, herbs. Intense. Spicy phenols. Quite sour, lemony, yogurthy, unripe fruit, berries, juicy, drinkable. Puckering. Phenolic, very nice. Light body. Light finish.

Straw blond and clear with thin head. Very fruity aroma with some peach and passion fruit. Clean. Easy to drink. Light sourness. Funky finish.

Pure and crisp. Elderflower. Sparkly. Lemon zingy. Refreshing. Clean. Pours cloudy white. Slightly salty. Nice.
