Made from a Liu the Brave Stout base which then incorporates a milkless Chai Masala tea concentrate, made with raw ginger, rock candy, cloves, black peppercorns, whole nutmeg, cassia bark, green cardamom and fennel seed, the Chai Masala Stout is full-bodied, warm and bravely spiced.

On tap at MBCC Yellow Session. Pours black with medium beige head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is roast, cocoa, cinnamon, chai. Slick body, dark chocolate, roast, spice, dry finish, very good.

[ As Great Leap Liu the Brave Chai Masala Stout 马萨啦乌啤 ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted - chocolate, fruity malt, spicy, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, herbal - tea. Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Light black with a decent tan head. Nose is mellow roast, spice rack, peppercorns, dried fruits. Taste comprises mixed spices, light cocoa powder, balanced chilli heat, herbs, stewed fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for the style.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Yellow Session, Copenhagen - dark brown pour with a beige head. Roasted and sweet malty with chocolate, caramel, medium body, then a medley of spices ensue with notes of cardamon, some herbal peppery notes into the close.
