Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Alvarado Street Tayberry ].ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, dough, berry, sweet berreis, tart berries, berries ala a mix of raspberry - blackberry (asume tayberry). Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, berries, wheat - dough, berries ala a mix of raspberry - blackberry, light mineral - salty notes. Pours hazy reddish with a pink head. Aroma has notes of malt, funk, tartness and raspberry. Taste is light sweet and light sour with a long grainy, raspberry and funky finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Yellow Session, Copenhagen - red coloured pour with a pink head. Fruity berry prominence here, some light citrus undertones, berry compote, some malty and hoppy notes, light body and carbonation, yeast, pinch of salt into the berry finish.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Reddish pour with a decent faded crimson cap. Nose is lemon rind, damp cloth, pink berry fizz, grains, hay bale. Taste comprises tangy berries, light salt licks, damp straw, red berry pips, mellow funk, lemon rind, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light pucker at the curtain call. Decent refresher.

[5/11/18] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018. Yellow session. Nice deep red, pink foam. Lots of berries, jammy, yogurt, dry, tart, medium-bodied. Great and refreshing.

MBCC 2018. Yellow. Keg. A Theydon Bois whip cracking power rate. Light haze on this magenta beer, small pinky mauve head. Light dry minerally crisp palate. Tart berries but mercifully no lemon acid. Little floral berries on the dry crisp finish. Fine.

On tap at MBCC, Yellow Session. (Listed with 6 % abv. in the program). Pink head and pink lacing, hazed reddish coloured body. Mid-tart smell of berry skins. Red and black berries to the taste profile followed by a drying, mid-tart ending. Refreshing without further excitements. (Copenhagen 11.05.2018).
