28 July 2021. At Dok Brewing Company. Cheers, Sipi, Emma, Lander! Hazy amber, stable, foamy, tan head; lots of lacing. Aroma of damp cellar, old biscuit, yeast, raisin, brioche, dried red apple, tea leaves. Taste has sweet red apple & raisin, vague sourish grape somewhere, bit herbal in a thick bready-yeasty malt body with touches of peanut. Herbal hoppy finish, nutty still, lingering red fruit, yeast & 'old' malt. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Feels old and dusty yet full thanks to the nitro; fun style choice by Dok too.

13/VIII/21 - on tap @ DOK Brewing Co (Gent), BB: n/a (2021-780)

Clear amber to red brown beer, creamy dense beige head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, cow fodder, hay, very rural character. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, malty, caramel, bit metallic, some milk chocolate, gentle bitterness. Aftertaste: bitter, malty, grains, cow fodder, not my favourite flavour profile.
