English-Style Imperial Old Ale
This quintessential English-style Old Ale is a masterpiece, with each sip being a delicious new experience. Notes of figs, molasses and leather fill your senses, all mingling with wood, vanilla and dried fruit. We painstakingly researched, perfected, and brewed a special batch of Black Treacle just for this beer. Then we aged Den Haag in rare, sought-after Blanton's Bourbon barrels, all creating an extremely delicious and memorable character.

Very small can thanks to Lore. Brown body with no head. Aroma and taste of cinnamon, caramel, burned sugar, nutmeg, dates, raisins and orange zest. Heavy beer but not harsh. Great one.

Can from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours dark cola brown with small light brown head. Aroma is intense malt, caramel, Vegemite, yeast, oak, vanilla, raisins, dates, port wine and leather. Taste is medium to very sweet, light to medium bitter, faint acidic and faint salty. Body is oily with faint carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with intense notes of malt, caramel, toffee, oak, bourbon whiskey, vanilla, port wine, chocolate, brown sugar, hints of burns sugar and coconut. Really well made and excellently balanced.

Can: Poured a deep hazy cooper color ale with a large dirty brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of deep caramelized malt with some toffee notes and deep bourbon notes with light vanilla is amazing. Taste is also a mix of deeply caramelized malt notes with some bourbon and vanilla with some toffee and residual sugar notes. World-class barrel-aged barleywine.

16 oz. can, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out intense bourbon, dark dried fruits, toffee and caramel. Flavour is insanely rich, with tons of toffee, dark dried fruits, caramel and heaps of bourbon. Finishes with sweet dark sugars, bourbon and toffee, with a very viscous body. Lovely slow sipper.

A very dark brown beer, very small and beige head. Aroma has sweetness of caramel and dried fruits, apricot, raisin, honey, some barrel and vanilla, intensive. Taste has caramel, barrel, vanilla, dried fruits, prune, wood. Alcohol can be noticed, but it's not bother. Full bodied, high viscosity, some stickyness. This goes to monster leaque. Very powerful, sweet, still enjoyable.
