This beer is born of a dream. A dream to renovate our hometown skatepark in Newport, Oregon to give our community a safe and clean place to skate. The incredible people at Dreamland Skateparks helped make our dream a reality, and through them we want to help others realize theirs... So we brewed Dreamland American Lager, a simple crisp lager from which a portion of the proceeds will go toward building skateparks around the world. Welcome to Dreamland.

Big can. Pours gold with moderate head. Aromas of perfumey grain and corn syrup plus a touch of cardboard. Flavors follow same with more cardboard on the finish. Relatively sweet and heavy.

Enjoyed a 19.2oz can at home in late August. This is very not great, very cloudy and not very crisp. Not terrible but not great. Probably won't get this one again.

Pale gold with a frothy, white head of modest duration. Aroma of mixed cereals with a hint of orange blossom. Taste has a very mild bitterness with grainy and dough-like undertones. Finishes the same, although the dough takes the upper hand, as does an already fairly watery texture. Medium-bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Dull stuff, but decent for those who happily suffer the style.

Perfectly clear golden coloured body with a thinnish, pure white head that fades quickly and leaves nothing on the top or the sides of the glass. Aroma of rice, light malts, a touch of wheat and a very subdued sweetness from cereal with nothing else, really - no fruits, no hops and no complexity in the nose at least. Light-bodied; Crisp, grainy and rice malts show up front with a hint of bitterness noticeable and a soft sweetness at the end with a lot of the crisp rice here, but it does go down fairly easily. Aftertaste is mild and almost entirely malty with some cereal notes and a light sweetness, but no hops again and no real complexity here either. Overall, a pretty standard lager with no real complexity or depth and not really worth drinking, unless everything else you've had and/or is super expensive, like it was for me! I sampled this 19,2 ounce can, purchased from Foodland Farms in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii on 12-April-2022 for US$2,99 sampled two days later by the hotel pool here in Wailea, Maui, Hawaii with my wife and kids on 14-April-2022.

330ml can from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy straw colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light woody hops. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, light bitter, with a light, slightly watery, pasty, mineral, light cardboard, toffee yeast, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Sad that Rogue would put their name to this. Poor … and I certainly wasn’t in “Dreamland”.

12 oz. can from Craft Brewed in Nashville, TN. Pours a crystal clear light gold color with a large off white head and great retention. Very good lacing. Lightly sour grains aroma. Pretty basic pale lager profile. Lightly sweet pale malts with a softly carbonated mouthfeel and a clean, bready finish. Not bitter. Nothing memorable, but a well made lager.
