12 oz can from Buckey Boy. Thanks Jeremy. Pours a cloudy dark yellow color with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is strong with mixed citrus aromas--I get pineapple in the forefront. The taste mirrors the nose--grapefruit and pineapple dominate. Palate seemed a tad bit thin but still appropriate for the style. Bready malt base that I rather like. Finished long with lingering bittersweet grapefruit. Overall: very nice quaff, and this went down easy. Paired well with some roasted cashews. It occurs to me that I don't really know what a NE IPA is supposed to taste like as opposed to any other citrusy IPA. Regardless, this was enjoyable.

From a 22 oz. bottle dated Dec 29, 2018. Pours a clear copper with a massive off white head. Not seeing the haze. Maybe it sunk to the bottom of the bottle while sitting on the shelf at Jackson Hole Grocer. Aromas of pine and citrus. Moderately bitter tropical fruit.

On tap at Radicci. Pours slightly hazy golden with a thin layer of bone white foam. Taste is light to moderately bitter. Aroma and flavors of citrus, tropical fruit. Just slightly juicy. Not bad.

Hazy, milky light yellow/beige pour. Fresh grassy and floral hop bitterness some odd flavors as well. Light and fresh

22 ounce bottle, bottled December 29th.
Pours a not so hazy hazy, oodles of foam, waiting to check out the lacing..,yep, it's good.
Big dank bitterness in the smell. Onion, grapefruit, but everything is swallowed up by the dank. No fruity notes that I can discern.
The taste follows the smell closely but not as intensely, which is a plus in my book. The dankness is calmer to the point that I can pull some toasted malt out. Onion flavour is still intense but overall, the taste isn't as bitter as the smell.
Mouthfeel is good.
If you try this, expect something different than your usual NEIPA.

Bomber from Albertsons. Initial pour was clear, a swirl of the bottle stirred up the sediments to induce a hazy body. With that, the aroma and the taste are all bringing up weizen characteristics. The tropical fruit notes are awfully close to the banana and clove of a weizen. Chunky sediments remain in the botton of the bottle. While i admire a deviation from the NEIPA style, it has opened my eyes to the similarities between weizen and hazies.

On tap at the brewery pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is citrus chemical lots of bitter grapefruit notes and some bread malts. Taste is more of the big bitter grapefruit notes vegetables grassy hops and a bad end. Wow the only thing about this style that is close is the look of the beer.
