Dieses Bier war der Startschuss einer kleinen verrückten Brauerei da laut Opa Franz immer Opa´s Liebling auf Lager sein musste.
Bernstein läuft das Gebräu ins Glas mit schneeweißen Schaum und süffig den Rachen runter!

Dark amber colour with small head.Aroma is herbal and malty taste a bit like cold tea with spicy and malty medium body and mild finish.

Unclear amber with a small head. Quite malty, some robust stout notes, rubber, tobacco, earthy, hoppy, toffee. Malty sweetness, hoppy bitterness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry hoppy earthy malty bittersweet finish. A very unusual Kellerbier, very interesting, but doesn’t hit completely the spot for me. Feels like a Brown Ale or Irish Red?

Bottle at Naïv. Malatasnak malatas de valahogy ez a karamelles tema nem annyira mukodott nekem, tul testes es nehez lett tole.

50cl Fles van Bierothek.nl. Mistig diep-amber kleur, vuilwitte kraag. Licht fruitige en licht boterige geur, moutig, smaak is echter boordevol verbrand plastic, foute gistbijsmaakjes, erg bitter. Gootsteentje. Lichte body.

Bottle at Café Brecht, Amsterdam. Aroma is malty caramel with some toffee. Fairly sweetish, light bitter. Picking up just a little noble hop. Medium body. Okay, sweetish malts.

500ml bottle in Haus der 100 Biere, Berlin on 1st October 2024. Bought purely for the OPA name, it's a misty orange coloured brew with a small white crown. Rustic, earthy and malty in nature, not a bad Kellerbier at all.

Eingetrübt orange Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht hefiger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich ebenso malzig, leicht hefig, fruchtig mit etwas Karamell und Citrus. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
