Ein helles, obergäriges “Saison”, eingebraut mit belgischem Aromahopfen und 6 Wochen kältegereift – unsere Hommage an ein Land mit besonderer Bierkultur.
Der Bierstyle Saison ist ein typischer Vertreter der berühmten belgischen Bierkultur, die 2016 zum Unesco Weltkulturerbe erhoben wurde. Hell, obergärig und mit den belgischen Hopfen Golding und Challenger eingebraut, verführt unser Saison mit Aromen von Sahnekaramell, grünen Früchten und würzigen Noten. Dem Gaumen schmeichelt es mit einer vollen Malznote, trocken im Abgang mit feiner Bittere.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is phenols, straw. Taste is phenols, apricots, peach. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Okay, not too great though.

Tap at BKL2018. Cloudy orange, creamy golden head. Dry funky nose, spice, orange peel. Medium full creamy body. Quite fruity yet with a pleasant dry spice note, a hint salt, nice!

Little cloudy orange to blond beer, big creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: yeast, malty, spicy, coriander, dusty, hay, barn yard, some banana. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet, too malty, too much sugar, yeast, grains, hay, lots of banana. Aftertaste: sweetish, yeast, banana, some caramel, coriander.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Hazy, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, slightly yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of Belgian candy, vanilla and some peach. Moderately sweet, slightly yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity taste of Belgian candy, vanilla and some peach, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!
