Pale yellow to gold with a frothy white head. Tangerine and passion fruit in the aroma. Mild bittersweet taste with herbal tea undertones and a hint of bitterness at the end. Body is to the light side of medium, carbonation moderate. Very easy and pleasant drinking.

19-02-19 // 330ml bottle from Bierothek Frankfurt. From the bottle in an ICE train. Good and full body. Not to much Session. Cassis and passion fruit hop aromas. Good.

330ml bottle. Hazy, amber colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Citrusy and piney, hoppy aroma, caramel malty background, notes of orange, mandarine, lemon, a touch of raspberry, melon and peach. Taste is sweet-ish pale and caramel malty, citrusy fruity hoppy, slightly diluted notes of raspberry, melon, peach, orange, mandarine and lemon. Minimally watery, but the malty backbone endures till the finish and there's no abatement of intensity of flavours. Quite ample fruit profile as well. Good!

330ml bottle from Beer 52. Clear golden with a moderate white head. Mild fruity aroma, flavour is fairly generic IPA BUT decent enough

33cl bottle from the Beer52 box for October. A hazy amber pour with a thick cream head; yeasty grapefruit aroma; nice grapefruity taste, with a good balance between bitterness and sweetness; and a pithy grapefruit finish. Clean and refreshing, a nice session IPA.

Bottle from Beer52. Poured into a UK pint sleeve at home on 8th Oct 2018. Slight haze to the golden body, full and deep white blanket of foam on top. The nose holds fruitiness and a yeasty presence, as does the taste, light citrus leanings in the bitter aftertaste. This just shows you how much the German beer scene has grown/changed in the last few years; in the 1990's no one would have guessed this came from a German brewery. Sadly most Germans still wouldn't!

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Slightly earthy malty aroma with shades of caramel, hints of orange zests, backed by mildly citric and resiny hops. Mildly bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Initially toast-malty and slightly earthy taste with present fruity and resiny hops; dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish with traces of caramel and spicy and resiny hoppy notes. 13.V.18

Sampled from tap at FDDB 2018. Sweetish, quite fruity, slightly grassy and a bit resiny aroma of passion fruit, mango and orange. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, rather fruity, slightly grassy taste of passion fruit, mango, orange and some grains, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry, grassy and slightly grainy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Bottle: Golden, hazy, creamy white head, mild to moderate bitter-sweet lemony-orangey nose, some even more tropical fruits underneatg; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, nearly medium bodied, pretty soft; slightly lingering tropical-fruity and pale-malty finish. A nice one...
