0.33 l bottle at Mlinarica Brewpub, huge thanks to the crew for this one. Shared with Kermis and Marko. Dark brown to black, minimal head. Roasty, slightly moldy, ash, mushroom, fruitiness develops. Very earthy, a plastic touch. Coffee, chocolate, molasses, some sweetness there, but mainly dry. Tartness, fruitiness, vanilla. Heavy. Medium body. Moderate finish.

Bottle at Mlinarica. Pitch black, or extremely dark brown, tiny off white head. Soft bourbon barrel aroma, grapes, coffee, moving into mild chocolate, light alcohol. Nice enough. Dry taste, leaner than expected, chocolate and raisins, lightly herbal, creamy. Hooh, not brilliant, but love their experimentation.

Bottle shared with Marko and Hrabren at the brewpub. Near black with a ring tan head. Aroma of dark chocolate, wood, coffee and vanilla. Flavour is heavy sweet and bitter. Light full bodied with alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation.

[ As Mlinarica Imperial Stout - Aged In Bourbon Barrels ].
ABV: 10.0%. Clear dark black colour with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, dark fruit, raisin, alcohol - bourbon, red wine - vinous. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, vinous, bourbon, barrel, dark fruit, roasted, coffeeish, whisky. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20210109]

Dark black appearance,medium bodied and carbonated. Aroma delightful, fruit with expected alcohol hit. Taste light coffee, but then some cherry liquer feeling. Complex and mixed feeling. Roasted malt taste. Lasting aftertaste. Nice one.

Bottle. Pitch black, tiny coffee coloured ehad, nonlasting. Medium bourbon nose, wood, slight black currant - very nice. Quite strong sweet start, black currant soury touch, gentle bitterness, slight alcohol burn. A bit thin body, medium aftertaste. Nice one.

Bottled 330ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Black coloured, small brownish head, chocolate and some marzipan in the nose. Alcohol, chocolate, light marzipan and notes of bourbon with slightly boozy finish.

Bottle, 330 ml. Black with beige head. Roasted, fruity, apples, chocolate, low carbonation, sweet, tart, medium bodied. Bit unpleasant bourbon aroma. Nice fruity notes and not so nice bourbon after. Totally different than regular.
