500 ml directly from can. Apple tart, Apfelschorle, citrus, a bit white sparkling wine and some apple vinegar notes, slightly sulfuric. Dry sourness, minimum sweetness. Watery texture, very high carbonation, dry finish, light bodied. Solid thirst quencher when ice cold on a hot summer day, but nothing special at all.

Yellow. Aroma is a tad overripe apples some rotten fermented apples as well, a bit bubblegum. Taste is dry apple with some funky yeast, some grains on the tongue. Meh.

Can, as "Apfelwein-Schorle". Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is apple juice. Taste is dry, mineralic apple wine, a bit dusty. Fizzy carbonation. Refreshing and not sweet - what more can you expect from an Apfelwein-Schorle?

Sampled from 0.5 l can from local 'Dursty' as 'Bembel with Care Apfelwein Schorle', best before April 2019. Clear, pale golden with a a few white bubbles on top. Slightly sourish, a bit dusty, moderately fruity aroma of apples and traces of pear. Just minimally sweet, a little sourish, fairly dry, moderately fruity and slightly watery taste of ripe apples, some pear and traces of wood, followed by a short, minimally tart, rather dry finish. Thin body, minimally astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not that bad actually!

500ml can. Pours pale yellow with no head. Apple aroma and slightly sour apple flavour. Very watery, but then again it is indicated on the can - 35% mineral water.

The cider starts dry, smooth, fresh. But very watery. The mainpart is dry, fruity and lots of water. The aftertaste is smooth, dry-fresh with lots of water.

Can. Sour apple cider aroma. Pale yellow color. Light sweet-tart cider flavor. Not bad for a watered down cider - drinkable.
