Hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma had floral hops, light honey and fresh bread. Over the palate came floral and light fruity notes followed up by honey, light bread and biscuit. Finished balanced towards bitter. Nice!

Draught @ Brauerei Roppelt, Stiebarlimbach. Pours cloudy golden yellow with a white head. Fruit, grains and bready malts. Honeysuckle and a whiff of marmelade. Super smooth and dry hoppy finish. Dope one.

(26.12.2022.)

Easter bunny brought something nice this year! Hazy golden. Aroma is grassy hops with some untoasted toast cornflakes some hints of fleshy fruit. Taste is sweet light malt, much hops that makes it feel a little rough but not too bitter. Pleasant and well rounded. Booze can be felt a little. Nice.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark yellow-ish to orange, golden colour with average to huge, thick, dense, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Rather weak, sweet-ish, minimally grainy and minimally starchy, pale malty aroma, fruity overtones with a touch of apricot, mirabelle, whiffs of protein. Taste is minimally starchy, pale malty with a good deal of residual sweetness and very weak, grainy undertones, a light fruity, sugary touch, hints of icing sugar covered apricot, widely absorbed, bitter hoppy counterpart. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, minimally creamy and minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite sweet, fortunately more fruity-sugary than starchy - pretty decent.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before April 2022. Almost clear, golden with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish-malty, gebtly floral and a little fruity taste of honey, orange blossom and a whiff of fresh grass. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite floral and a bit fruity taste of orange blossom, honey, some grains and a touch of fresh grass, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really well-balanced Heller Bock, nicely floral and noticeably hoppy, super quaffable.
