On tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours black with a a light creamy brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has dry roasted malts and dark grains with dark chocolate, bourbon, coconut and a bit of dark red fruit underlying. Flavor has sweet dark grains and dark fruits with roast, bourbon and coconut supporting.

Draught @ Beer Temple, small sample (but enough for a tick). Black colour with a brown head. Aroma's are boozy, roasted, red fruit. Retronasal fruity upfront with alcohol and sweetness more subdued. Flavour is moderate sweet with hints of fruity sourness. Medium bodied. Long finish.

Draft at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Black with a thin tan head. Aroma of toffee, dark malts, roast, charred notes, dark chocolate, licorice and sweet ripe dark fruits. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Full bodied with a light alcohol burn in the finish and soft carbonation.

Tap from La Fine Mousse, Paris, 13th November 18. So it happens it is a Tuesday in Paris, and I am on my 20th plus Beer visit to Europe this year, with work. Pours a dark brown, black. Aroma is liquor, caramel, chocolate. Taste is bitter, boozy, cararmel, wood. It's intense, but a good beer, I like the sentiment of the beer, this year I am fortunante to sell before the crash
