Keg at the brewery. A pale yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Translucent.. Aroma is spicy citrus pithy lemon and orange oil, with doughy wheat and pale grains. Flavour is composed of crisp light grains, wheat, citrus tangy lemon and orange and a little floral note. Palate is light and grainy, frothy carbonation. Mellow saison yeast character. Good beer

Draught at Row 34, 9/28/16.
A lightly hazy, soft, white peach-golden body is topped by a small, but fairly dense, white head showing moderate retention.
Nose is alive with fresh, lightly doughy yeast, light banana-peach and apple esters and a bit of lemon-lime and passion fruit from the hops. Quite soft, overall, with nothing particularly standing out as overly-Americanized. Even the hops aren’t overdone here, though I guess some will still call it quite untraditional. Still, I think the fruitiness, light pepper, biscuity malts and general cleanliness all show a very well-brewed beer. No alcohol or flaw.
Light maltiness, with a chewy-biscuity character, ample, engaging carbonation and lots of meyer lemon, orange, soft banana and dry mango. The hops make it a little difficult to get at the yeast signature here, but there’s definitely some pepper and it seems saison-ish without having any unattractive clove, bubble gum or heavy banana-peach character. Good attenuation and quite drinkable.

Bottle from Wholefoods. It pours cloudy pale gold with a medium white head. The aroma is bready, cracker, straw, cereal, light spice, white grape, melon, gooseberry and a touch of lemon sherbet. The taste is crisp, dry, fresh lemon, peppery spice, earthy, white bread, light paper notes, cracker, straw, slightly soap and gooseberry with a drying, waxy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent.

Sampled at Van Moll Beer fest. Hazy yellow color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste wheat, herbs or spices, yeast, bitter. Herbal spice bitter finish with a lot of yeast. Hmm Meh, not a fan.
