Drunk at Beerd, Oxford. Creamy yellow and hazy. Smells of lemon peel and piña colada. Tastes more bitter than I expected due to Hallertau with a long bitter finish. Posset in the aftertaste like a baby threw up in my mouth but in a good way. Worth a go.

Taste comprises yeast esters, citric kissed straw, lemon drizzle, tropical fruit layers, light bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a pinch of spice and hoppy leveller. Bottle from the brewery and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold colour lasting white head. Some soft saison aroma. Soft mouthfeel. Decent lemon flavour. Some good hop. Light easy drinking saison with a bit of bitter finish. Dry finish. Light yeast, but the lemon is good and the bitter dry finish is good too. Good light saison.

Very light & peppery. Tart but sweeter on the back. A bit thin but as a Saison acceptable. So clean on the palate.
