The foam of this elegant Collesi Bionda Craft Beer is rich, creamy, and at the same time, very fine-grained and with a pleasantly light consistency. Its body is full and well-rounded. Obtained from Pilsen-Munich malt, unpasteurized and naturally bottle conditioned, Collesi Bionda Craft Beer releases the aromas of yeast, vanilla, freshly baked bread and honey. And it reveals fruity notes and strong hints of hop blossom and malt on the palate

750ml bottle. Look - murky pastel amber colour, brief off-white head, some circular retention. Nose - stone fruits, yeast, brown bread. Taste - biscuit, brown bread, stone fruitiness, semi-sweet, mild bitterness. Palate - medium bodied, oily, clings to the teeth, average carbonation. Fairly unremarkable.

Backlog 4/10-2013. Slightly unclear golden body under a big white head. Light and refreshing aroma, wheat, pepper, spicy yeast and a bit grassy with hint of lemon. Taste is sweet, mild and light spicy like a farmhouse saison. Nothing extraordinary or outstanding, but nice and refreshing thirst quencher. Medium body with a bit short aftertaste.

Easter Sunday 2021, 4th April; mega session at home. 750ml bottle, as 'Chiara', 6%ABV, well out of date (30th Nov 2017). Shared with four others. Sadly this didn't age well and even though the first three glasses were clear the sediment in the last two ruined the taste of this beer. Scored kindly because of it's age, but not a beer for laying down!

Bottle. Honey, sweet malts, berries. Hazy blond with lace. Flavor is honey, minerals, sweet and a bit off. Not good. --- Beer aliased from original tick of 1970 Bionda on 15 Mar 2012 at 19:57 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6. Original review text: Bottle. Light lemony hop nose with grass. Too faint. Cloudy blond with a low head. Fruity, rather sweet flavor with esters. Somewhat syrupy, wheaty taste. Toow sweet. With lemon, light banana, a bit fizzy, thick body. Tartness tried to balance the sweetness, but can’t. No hops identifiable in the mouth. Too cloying.

As Collesi Chiara. Bottle. Clear gold with a white head that doesn’t last. Aroma of Seville oranges, dough, cloves, white pepper. Quite sweet with plain but fine pale malt. That obscures the nice citrus a bit. Dries out a bit - more would have been better. Lowish bitterness with lots of cloves. Stylistic guesses here suggest there may be more than one beer here. This one is a Belgian Ale.

Bardzo bardzo przecietne piwo. Buteleczka fajna, Artystyczne piwo wloskie chyba po raz pierwszy slabo oceniam. Informacja na etykiecie sugeruje serwowanie piwa w temp. 5 do 6 stopni. Moim zdaniem to za nisko bo w smaku nijakie, lagerowate a zapach taki jakby sie otworzylo butelke z woda mineralna czyli zadne. Smak delikatny troche jak bialego tanszego wina musujacego. Piana mala opada szybko przez temperature, metnosc srednia tylko mglista powloka sie tworzy. Spore rozczarowanie
