Tap @ C4, Odense. As Stone Nut Stout 7.2. Pours Brown with a small creamy head. Malty caramel. Quite Chewy. Chocolate. Medium bodied.

(Draught at Stone World Bistro & Gardens, Berlin, 24 Aug 2017) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of liquorice, hazelnuts, sweet espresso and a touch of hoisin sauce. Malty, roasted taste with liquorice, dried fruit, walnuts, espresso and a fairly mild roasty bitterness. Full body, with a slight sweetness. Interesting, not very bitter, but quite nutty, spicy and sweetish. Very nice.

Keg at Stone Berlin. An opaque jet black coloured pour with a a lasting light tan creamy head. Aroma is sweet woody, soft roast, coconut cream, brown sugars and brown sugars. Flavour is composed of sweet creamy, pecan pie, woody roast, little spicy, Palate is medium sweet full. And milky lowish carbonation, spicy chai coffee in the finish.

Dunkler, angenehm schokoladig malziger Antrunk. Fast keine Herbe, sehr würzig, wenig alkoholisch. Nuancen von Kirschen, vollmundig, deutliche Bitterkeit. Gut. 10/11/13/12//12

Draught @ Stone Berlin. Pours pitch black with a thick foamy light brown head. Aroma of roasty malts, vanilla, coffee, nutty notes, hints of mudcake, chocolate and cocoa. Taste is smooth, sweetish and slightly roasty with some vanilla, coffee, chocolate, nuts and hints of mudcake. Finish is sweet, syrupy and slightly roasty with some coffee, chocolate, cocoa and vanilla. Okay.

Vom Fass im Stone Brewing Berlin 2017-07 getrunken. Ein überraschend süffiges Imperial Stout. Dies ist neben dem sehr gut eingebundenen Alkoholgehalt und durch eine recht dünne Aromadichte begünstig. Leider muß ich feststellen wo sind hier die Nussaromen? Nein das ist nichts. Schade. Denoch bleibt ein recht einfache zu trinkendes Stout. Na vielleicht wird hier noch mal die Rezeptur verändert, um mehr Aromen hier reinzubekommen.
