Lav bitterhet men godt balansert allikevel. Glasset ble alt for fort tomt.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 10.10.16. Golden, with large floaties. White head. Fina aroma of sour wild raspberries. Similar taste, with evident acidity. Refreshing, with high drinkability. Dry and fizzy mouthfeel.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Starts with a massive, aggressive gush, shooting the cork to the roof as soon as the cage is released. Pours peach color with fizzy, huge white head. Lactic raspberry aroma with some vanilla and light barnyard. Fizzy taste of raspberries, funk, some malt and yoghurt. Strong carbonation. Pretty weak and bland.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, as Brooklyn The Discreet Charm of the Framboisie. Sour ale barrel-aged with whole raspberries. ABV is 7.3%. At Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Peach-coloured beer, hazy, some floaties. Huge white head, rapidly diminishing to none. Strong aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries, also some farmhouse notes. Moderate carbonation in the mouth. Medium sour flavour, notes of lactobacillus and brettanomyces, sour raspberries and lemons. Refreshing, despite its strength.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Explosively gushing, cork shoots off before cage is fully removed. Pours turbid and very lively with orange colour and huge but very brief head. Lactic nose with vanilla and tart raspberries. Dry with medium body and spritzy mouthfeel. Lactic with bourbon, cantaloupe and tart raspberries, some citricity. Near no bitterness. Too much like heavily carbonated raspberry soda.
