(Bottle, 0.5l, from Seven Cellars @ Seven Dials, Brighton, 20250620) The cider poured pale golden and clear. Aroma had apple juice, tart apples and apple seeds. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were tart apples, sourness, tannins and acidic notes. Aftertaste had tannins and tartness. Nice. Bit boozy.

(Cask at Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak, London, 25 May 2022) Pale yellow colour with no head. Fruity nose with apples, pears and grass. Fruity, tart taste with notes of apples, grass, hints of white wine (Chardonnay?) and a dry finish with a balanced acidity. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Cask handpull Fuggles Beer Cafe Tunbridge Wells, Clear pale gold colour no head. A still cider. Tannin tart apple juice. Pretty much same throughout. Pretty aggressive cider. Very dry on finish. A little challenging maybe. But a good dry cider.

Cask at Cock Tavern. It pours clear yellow - gold with o head. The aroma is soft, sweet, oily, icing sugar, apple pie, bit of wet grass and hay. The taste is drying, sweet - sour, tart, tannin, good mouth - pucker, wood, white grape and gooseberry with a drying finish. Medium body and flat. Aroma is a lot sweater than the taste. Decent gear.
