I had a wonderful experience with this one, a lot of tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, sweet and bitter, original for the style, 29.11.17, at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it at the denner, Alle.

the current batch is brewed for 7.5% ABV; hazy dark orange to amber colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish ecru head, which lasts forever; aroma of perfume, grape, peach, tropical fruits, some orange peel and celery, as well as acidic and acetone notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with definite hoppy bitterness; good one

Bottle split at L42, thanks to Tipple, 18/05/17. Lightly hazed golden with a well presented off white head. Nose is light smoke, straw, spice linger, candied fruit peel, orange rind. Taste comprises candied orange peel, yeast esters, citric tinges straw, toasted brown sugar, dried fruits, grains. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, dry close with a light boost on show. Ok stuff.

Bottle thanks to Mr T. It pours cloudy murky amber with a decent off- white head. The aroma is bready, sticky, baked goods, cracker, biscuit and hint of fruit. The taste is slick, thick, oily, white bread, stewed orange, candied peel, raisin, warming booze and smoked cheese with a warming finish. Medium to full body, fine carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Unusual thats for sure.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to MrTipple. Pours clear orange-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has some yeast character, phenols, orange peel, dried grains. Medium sweet flavour, a little boozy and bready, with piney bitterness, more Belgian yeast, grains, ripening citrus fruits. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Warming finish, a little resinous, more rindy and ripening citrus, dried bread, nips of berries. Interesting.

Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, sticky. Ok. Little woody finish.
