--Sample, thanks fonefan! --Black, small beige head. Aroma of coffee and ash. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Coffee and treacle, ashy licorice. Long bitter finish.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 30.12.2024) im 2024-07 getrunken. Dieses sehr klassisches Stout mit cremigen Schokoladen-Aroma kommt nach hinten recht trocken und ohne jeglische Süße daher. Sehr klassisch und keine maritimen Noten was auch gut ist.

Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aromas of caramel, dark fruits, toast, coffee. Taste is ashy, roasty, toast, light fruity.

Bottle from the brewery. Nearly black, small dark beige head. Roasted aroma, notes of dark chocolate. Flavour is roasted with light caramely sweetness, coffee bitterness. Long roasted finish.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (Fanø TTO 13/10/2016) - black pour with a tan head. Dark roasted and sweet malty aroma and taste with coffee, chocolate, caramel, vanilla caress into the close.

Pitch black color, tiny off-white head. Aroma has light tobacco, licorice, maybe a bit papery. Light bodied. Tobacco, light salty notes, hints of licorice. Lingering ashy aftertaste. Light and musty.

50cl bottle @ Pikkulintu. Bb 03/13. Black with a brown head. Chocolate, roasted malt, coffee aroma. Flavor has roastedness, cold coffee, oatmeal. Smooth and tasty, although thin due to the abv. Nice low alco.
