Craft Clapham. Keg. Light haze on this pale gold beer, small white head. Light crisp palate, minerally carbonation. Tangy citrus, almost sour but not quite. Red wine tannin but only very subtle red wine berry fruits. Touch of that Belgian worcester sauce - Duchesse du Bourgogne tangy sourness. Finishes crisp and semi dry.Nice.

Keg at CBC Clapjam. It pours hay golden with a small white head. The nose is bread, tart apple, melon, grape skin, citrus peel, lactic acid and wood . The taste is crisp, tart, earth, wood, tannins, lemony sherbet, green apple, natural yoghurt, barnyard, vinous, some acidity and light soapiness with a crisp, dry finish. Lightish body and fine carbonation. Crisp, funky and really rather drinkable. Enjoyable stuff.

Keg at CBC Clapham - London. Pours mostly clear, bright gold with a short, creamy white head. Lots of lactic tang in the nose, hints of underripe green apples, lemon. Light sweet flavor with sturdy tang, quick and mild lemon acidity, faint wheat cereal, lemon, subtle basement funk. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Quick and clean on the finish with balanced lemony tang, hints of apple must, suggestions of grass, ripening lemons. Delicious and extremely drinkable.
