500ml bottle @ Free-Dumb tasting, Chez Sophie, July 21. Brought by me. Hazed golden amber, small white head. Medicinal aroma, to taste the rum barrel-aging blends wonderfully with the wild funky elements. Really nicely presented and a great introduction to this brewery. Very good.

19th July 2021; Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie, five of us splitting 16 different beers, t'was a good night! Cheers Mat for the 500ml bottle of this very limited beer (bottle 187 of 384). Amber body with a haze, weak white head. Herbal and rum esters in the nose, the taste follows along the same lines with a mini sourness battling the rum and a mild oak/woody feel.

500ml bottle from Mikkeller online. Batch # 6/384. Hazy amber gold colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of herby floral, zesty citrus, cedarwood. Taste is sour, woody, funky earthy, with herbal floral, perfumy and zesty citrus rind notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry cedarwood-like finish with some lingering saltiness. Interesting, quite OK
