Can. Hazy orange gold beer, big bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine crispness but a thinner mouthfeel than I like. Thin malts then, modestly sweet. Light pine. Moutere hops bring a tangy bitterish lemon, vaguely Schweppes like. Touch of bitterish orange and orange and lemon peel. Motueka floralness and mild tangerine. Mosaic is largely fucking anonymous, no surprise there then, a pale shadow of its former glory. Touch of pink grapefruit and a whisper of something tropical on the finish. The foundation of a good beer, but this is a little thin and lacking punch.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at the Drapers' Arms, Bristol 31/12/2018. Golden in colour and cloudy, with a slight, white, head. Hoppy aroma of pineapple and mango. Flavour had more tropical fruit, light malts and a boozy kick before a dry finish. Enjoyable.
