Bottle 0,5ltr: Opaque black colored brew with an velvet dry bitter taste with hints of roasted malts, dar chocolate and some coffee. Almost thought it's from Ireland but the German text tells otherwise.

Bottle picked up from Craft Beer Shop and consumed at home Thursday 13th June 2024 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music it's Round Table and then ByteFM. Pours dark brown with a murkiness, it has a light beige head. There is a pleasant and moderate roastiness throughout, a light bitterness, nice mouthfeel, a little woodiness. This is a simple but very, very nice stout, good strength, i.e. sensible. I really like this.

Transparant bubbles over deep dark chestnut beer. Chocolate, mocha, Belgian pralines , ganache, chocolate waferfilling, straw. Liquorice, tobacco, dried out black chocolate, plywood, cardboard. Very dry finish, the sweetness remaining very much in the background. Light body, quite slick, medium carbonation. Strange beer, somewhere on the edge of Schwarz and Porter.
