750mL bottle, pours a hazy amber with a medium white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, earthy notes, light spiciness, and bready malt. Flavour has a nice yeast profile, with plenty of earthiness, bready malt, and some spiciness. I could do with less of the bready/malty character, but I like the spicy saison yeast character. Very good.

Beigey sort of pale. There's a fair bit of brett on the nose, with a bit of gooseberry and orange. Off-dry, orangey, light pear, with a hint of pale malt biscuity base. I'm digging the hop character, and the wildness. This is excellent.

750mL bottle. Pours golden with large foamy white head. Aroma very funky with some hay and citrus rind. Flavour has a lot of barnyard funk and malts; citrus, grass, and rotten wood. Fantastic.

Small white head over faintly veiled orange beer. Brettanomyces and other wild yeasts, smells like a - faintly spicy - gueuze! Citrussy, mild lemony gueuze-like, can't put it more distinctly. Wild yeast, farmyard whiffs and again faint rootspices. Light, mild acidthinning, low to medium carbonation. Aftertaste has a very light boozy, alcoholic waft. Tasted blind, I would have guessed a - pretty good - faintly spiced-up gueuze. From the UK! Only thing missing in the experience - the Hallertau!

750ml bottle at home. Pours opaque orange with a frothy off-white head. Aroma: funky, bitter orange, gooseberry, oak, hay. Taste: crisp, zingy, dry, tart, tannic apple, lemon, sherbet, musty, funky, hay, some minerality. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Moreish.

Woody and fruity nose. Fruity, sour, tart, pretty hoppy. Lemon verbana, white currants, dry wood, some baked stone fruit. Funk is there, the wet sock kind rather than basement. Some acidity but remains smooth. Finally got to try one of these, very nice.

750ml bottle as Mills Nicky, about a year old now. Hazy orange, big loose white head. Aroma is funky, hay, citrus. Taste is quite funky, hay, sharp citrus hints, lemon, light stone fruits. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation. Generally not a fan of the style but this is solid.

Bottle split at the 'fuck me it's Kenny; tasting, thanks to Dave - Watford, 25/06/21. As Mills Nicky. Hazed orange with a decent white cap. Nose is tarte fruit rinds, funk blanket, grassy, green berry must, damp wood. Taste comprises stoned fruit esters, damp wood, hay bale, light funk, green berry must, lemon rind, straw. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte fruit climax. Solid.

Bottle shared in Watford - cheers to Dave. Pours unclear orange with a creamy, white head. Lightly sweet, nice citric tartness, fairly dry, quenching, pale wood, grass. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish, woody dryness, more citric bite. Sound.
