0.75 l bottle from ''t Biermenneke', bottled in July 2021. Slow gusher. Hazy, deep orangeish red with a medium large, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, sourish, rather vinous-fruity aroma of rose hip, raspberry, hibiscus, red grapes and lemon. Slightly sweet, gently sour, fairly vinous-fruity and a bit funky taste of red grapes, hibiscus, raspberry, lemon, rose hip, hay and wood, followed by a medium long, gently tart, fairly woody-dry, slightly earthy finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and fairly effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Super refreshing beer-wine-hybrid, fairly complex as well. Probably my last Flügge beer ever apart from recent collabs, it was a pleasure.

750ml bottle. Heavy with jammy raspberries, vinous grapes, hints of bretta and tartness, oak and earthiness. Decent.

Backlog Nov 21. 750ml bottle, bottled 20.07.2021. Deep red body, with a medium, dissipating, frothy, slightly pink head. Aroma with loads of jammy, perfumey raspberry, moderate grapes, Tastes quite similar, while less jammy and more perfumey, with the rosé wine more prominent. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes vinous, medium dry, a bit alcoholic, with prtominent rosé wine, moderate raspberry. Very nice. The nose is really lovely, very raspberry-forward. The taste has more vinous character, while it hasn't the best balance in my opinion. Still really interesting stuff. Score: 8 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

Bottle shared. Slight hazy pink with light pink head. Raspberries, indeed some dry rose wine, light doughy, green leaves, dusty strawberries, a hint of funk but mostly clean. Moostly fruity, light sweet and sour with a medium dry finish and a surprisingly full body. I like it!

75cl bottle (bottled 21/07/2021) as part of 2021 BXL Beer Fest beer pack from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: medium, off-pink, average retention. C: red gold, light hazy. A: rich raspberries, red berries, rose wine, grapes, lemon, red apples peels. T: full malty base, light rose wine, raspberries, red berries, light lemon, very dry on the palate, brett touch but very weak, mineral touch, medium carbonation, very good balanced wild beer-wine hybrid, fully enjoyed.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy orangish red, very light pinkish head. Aroma: Lightly tart, raspberries, vinuous notes. Taste: Starting with fruity raspberries, a little tartness, going to mineral, vinuous, grapes in combination with raspberries, grapesin, tannins, some wood, lightly boozy, finishing Rosé wine with some lightly tart raspberry hints. Hard to recognize any Brettanomyces. A real beer-wine hybrid indeed. Nice one, although I'm not really a raspberry beer fan.
