Lune 2012 has a nice light copper color, it is clear and has no head. It releases balanced scents of honey and vanilla, with hints of nuts. When sipped, slightly acidic notes are counter-balanced by subtle winy nuances, accompanied by touches of almond and cooked fruit. The finish emphasizes the warmth and pleasant character of this beer.

Bottle: Poured caramel clear with no head. Aroma is interesting. Taste is malty warming.

Bottled. Hazy orange, brown head. Aroma of marzipan and caramel. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and glue. Mildly warming finish. Pretty much tart and sloppy. Does not work at all.

Bottle. A clear amber colored beer, oily and flat. Alcoholic, oaked aroma with caramel, dried fruits, citrus zest and some herbal hints. It's full bodied, warming and soft on the palate, quite dry. Oak, caramel, dried fruits, orange zest and a light malty hint in the flavour. Lasting finish. A rather intense, unusual and a bit demanding to drink. 180506

Pours very clear amber with a light red glow. No foam, of course. Smell is intense, not oxidized (not xyuayu ) . Thick, herbal wine notes, thick, dades, caramel, rather boozy. Taste is full, dry, wine characters ( especially the dryness ) just a minor hint of very low carbonation. Some booze. Too much on the white wine side to me.
