Pours unclear blonde, no real head. Scent is full-on, typical cantillon funk, raw and intense. Milder yet recognizable grape character. Spicy more than it's fruity. Taste is full, intense tartness is magnificently countered by the grapes. Bit pertol ( riesling) but crazy well balanced. Juicy. lovely !

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Fruity and buoyant but still holds plenty of depth. Pretty adorable lambic.

Bottle (2021 vintage) shared at Moeder’s Into the Wine Tasting. Light yellow pour with a slight pinkish tinge and a white head. Muted vinous and barrel bouquet. Light, refreshing, and on the sweeter side. This one of the first Lambics, that I have tried, which really straddles the line between natural wine and Lambic. A little bitterness and funk in the finish. Good body and mouthfeel.

Bottle at Liesse. Pours a cloudy orange gold with no head. The aroma is faint grape, funk, oak, apple skin. Thin body, light funk, apple skin, grape must, dry finish, very good.
