Аромат сильный, но сразу не похож на барлик, много кофе с шоколадом, сладость, но не карамельная как обчыно для барливайна. Цвет тоже почти как у стаута, черный и без пены. Во вкусе много бочки, есть нотки от шоколада и ванили. Сироп сладкий, но не как у Баоливайна. Послевкусие снова с ядерной бочкой и начинкой для крепкого алкоголя типа виски. Также, отдает алкашкой немного. В целом странный барлик, скорее стаут.

Bottle pours out black topped with a small tan head. Nose is sweet pitfruit chocolate brown sugar and barrel. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate sugar fruit and rich bourbon barrel notes.

Bottle at barleywine share. Dark, oily pour, thin beige head settles to ring. Sweet aroma, toffee, malty, dark fruit. taste is caramel, brown sugar, raisins, dates, Creamy feel with a nice warmth.

Bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Bruna intensa, schiuma color cappuccino media, mediamente persistente. Naso clamoroso, note di vaniglia, melassa, uva passa, frutta candita (datteri), marzapane, tiramisù, toffee, tostato, caffè, legno. In bocca è morbida, dolce all'attacco, maltata, con amaro leggero a bilanciare, note di legno, vaniglia. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Buonissima, complimenti!

Flarra på Ölprovning i mitt hem med PQ. Denna rackare doftar tydligt av mörk choklad. När jag klunkar ölen kommer tydlig smak av bourbon , cocnac och madeira i choklad. Himla jävla god dessert öl. För bättre betyg behöver sötman ner lite.
