Dual Hop Series
Pouring a pale gold and double dry-hopped with the spanking new experimental Denali hop (AKA Nuggetzilla!); full-frontal USA hop flavours with Denali bringing a rich pineapple and citrus used in collaboration with Centennial to bring the classic IPA floral and lemon notes. Maris Otter malt base with Carapils to bring slight sweetness and to balance these lush hops.
Onwards to the hop future.
Name is a nod to Denali, the highest peak in North America, in Alaska, whose State motto is flipping awesome: North To The Future!

Cask at the Harp, Covent Garden, London. Gluten Free. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of malt, grain. Taste is malty, caramel, fudge, honey, fruits, with some tangy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying bitter finish. Quite drinkable

Cask @ Market Cat, York. Golden with a creamy head. Hoppy and healthy tasting cask brew with its strength somewhat evident.

Keg draught at the Pub, Hebden Bridge. Light golden and slightly hazy with a fluffy white head. Light aroma with cantaloupe and pineapple wo the fore with notes of lemon curd. Tastes bitter after an initial sweetness, soapy bit overall refreshing. Bitterness in the finish with hard citrus, melon and banana in the aftertaste. It's a bit rough at first but I get used to it.

Cask at Beer Emporium, Bristol. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus and light tropical fruit. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with very soft carbonation.

Half-pint, gravicask at Mumbles Ale House. Lacing rings from a covering, bubbly white head. Clear late straw coloured body. Promising aromas of leafy hops. Hop fruity flavours of leaves and lemon followed by resinous bitterness to the finish. Clean on the swallow. Nice. (Mumbles 04.10.2018).
