Bottle. Can’t really recall where from, but it was probably RAD Beer. Dusky pink. Dense foam of pink. Nose has light berry fruits. Sweet grain. Bit of a Weetabix vibe. Lightest of funky notes. Taste is fairly sweet, with a light, berry fruit tartness. Light to medium body. Foamy carbonation. A tad drying. Semi sweet on the finish. As much as I ordinarily love Burning Sky beers, this is pretty underwhelming.

Keg at the indy man beer con, session 4. A light hazed peach pink coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is tart musty funk, white wine, lacto, mixed ferment, blackberry.. Flavour is composed of medium sour, white grape, blackberry, dry crisp white wine, apple. Palate is medium sour, crisp finish, spritzy carbonation. Nicely balanced and complex.

Keg at IMBC. It pours lightly hazy rose pink with a foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, funky, musty, barnyard, hay, wet leaves, tart berry, bramble, hedgerow fruits and fruit pie. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, zingy, granny smith apple, sherbet, bramble, oak, raspberry leaf, lactic, funk, oak and minerals with a drying and funky finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Well rounded, subtle and nuanced. Fun stuff, well executed.

Keg at IMBC 2018, session 4. Pours mostly clear pink with a thin foamy head. Lovely stuff, clean and tart, with mild acidity, a nip of lemon and funk, mild seedy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Quenching finish, nicely tart. Gorgeous stuff.
