Inspired by one of our favorite cold-weather treats, this bourbon-barrel aged stout will warm you with notes of fresh monster cookies baked with heaps of honey-glazed toasted coconut, a touch of peanut butter, and candy coated chocolates.

Bottle shared by Brad, thanks! Pours black with a bit of sediment and a dark brown head that dissipates quickly and nearly completely. Aroma has coconut and sweet dark grains and chocolate with a bit of cookie underlying. Flavor is coconut forward with chocolate, dark grains and a bit of barrel backing.

Both aromas and flavors are toasty, dark malt, cocoa, and just a little coconut. Flavors are like nose, over the top sweet but with good carbonation. Full body and a long finish.

Tap. Pours opaque black, minimal head. Aroma is coconut, vanilla, chocolate, bourbon. Bon bons. Flavor is really sweet, light bitter. Full body, low carbonation. No hint of peanut butter, probably thankfully. 4,8,9,4,17
