Inspired by one of our favorite cold-weather treats, this bourbon-barrel aged stout will warm you with notes of fresh monster cookies baked with heaps of honey-glazed toasted coconut, a touch of peanut butter, and candy coated chocolates.

7/XI/25 - on tap @ Billies Craft Beer Festival Day 1 - Session 2 (Antwerp), BB: n/a (2025-1136) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Clear dark brown to black beer, practically no head. Aroma: sugary, caramel, vanilla, alcohol, gentle roast. MF: no carbon, medium to full body. Taste: chocolate, sweet, some alcohol, sugary. Aftertaste: more alcohol, bitter roast, vanilla, lots of chocolate, caramel, nice. Didn’t get the coconut?

Очень приятное пиво на запах, есть печенька прямо, суфле как будто, сладость шоколадная. Вкус такой же, баланс.

Late 2024 or earlyish 2025 bottle "drunk" 7/27/25.
Dark, thick, viscous with an oily, adjunct film on top and little head. Undetermined clarity.
Maybe some slight bourbon folded in with lots of fudge and adjunct. Some acidity. Not boozey. The nose doesn't show much clarity of what this beer is doing and doesn't even remotely prepare you for your first sip....
Which is wildly, wildly dominated by both adjunct and sugar. Well, they certainly got their cookie character as they've bludgeoned the beer with adjunct. And there's the sugar. There's no respite from it and it's difficult to find much more than a slight bourbon hint in the very background here. Thick, sweet, syrupy, massively underattenuated. Just a real, awful, disappointing mess of a beer, true to the series (though even the other members of this series I've had had a better base beer than this).

22 oz bottle thank you Clarkvv on the share. Gosh damn that is coconut!! Thick body with a oily texture. A lot of chocolate, coconut, and sugar. Too much sugar in the finish. Is there bourbon here?? This is for new age beer drinkers that don’t actually like stouts. Gosh damn my blood sugar spiked through the roof after drinking a few ounces of this crap!

Draft.
A- Black color, black liquid, no head.
A- Peanut butter, chocolate.
F- Worcestershire sauce, umami, chocolate.
T- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly sweet finish.
O- Nice aroma but odd flavor. The nuts here I think give it a meaty savory taste. Not worth the $15 for 5 oz.
