On tap at Luppolo 12, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is dank as hell, with piney hops, resins, and some pot-like notes — damn. Flavour is just like a west coast IPA, with dank resinous hops, pine, and light biscuity malt. Dank, piney and wonderfully constructed. Fantastic.

Quite a nice American IPA. Quite smooth, not too bitter, fruity, and citrusy. Just could use a bit more oomph.

Bottiglia.

On tap @ Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà. Aroma is citrusy, resinous, herbal and piney. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thin creamy white head and nice lacing. Taste starts juicy tropical fruity with piney note, following is resinous, stone fruity and citrusy, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium to full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Yakima chief…

From tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà in Rome 08.08.21. Clear pale golden. Dense and persistent white head and lacing. Excellent aroma. and taste of lemons, orange marmalade, pale malt and a hint of tropical fruits. Crisp mothfeel. A fine citrus bitterness is lingering on. Damn good - and it tastes like an IPA and not tropical fruit juice.

19 September 2020. At Umami, Santa Maria degli Angeli. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear golden with a stable, frothy, white head. Aroma of kiwi, starfruit, apricot, pepper, tangerine, pine, breadcrust. Taste has sweetish apricot, pomelo, mango, bitter grapefruit peel & sourish lime, bit bready-yeasty. Dry, piney hoppy finish with lingering bitter yet fresh citrus rinds. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Good stuff, this brewery seems to know what they're doing.
