Bottle shared at work. Jet black pour, beige head. Nose is sweet booze, caramel, milk chocolate, cheesecake and cocoa powder. Taste is cheesecake, obviously artificial but not unpleasant, apart from this there's caramel and chocolate with hints of molasses and berries. Medium to full,creamy bodied with soft carbo.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy irregular beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of chocolate, hazelnut, peanuts, dry impression. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: wow, very salty start, a bit sugary, chocolate, caramel, soy sauce, a bit sugary, more caramel. Aftertaste: caramel, chocolate, some peanut, sugary, salty, ok but not the best.

19th July 2021; Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie, five of us splitting 16 different beers, t'was a good night! Thanks Mike for the 500ml bottle of this lovely beer: BB 22nd Feb 2024. Chocolate lead in the nose and taste, then other esters and flavours come out to play, sweet molasses and 'cheesecake'. Very interesting.

500ml bottle @ Free-Dumb tasting, Chez Sophie, July 21. Decadent desert-like aroma, incredible cheesecake flavours coming through well to taste with a certain creaminess and a sweet biscuit base. Wow
