Malty, hoppy taste with crisp malt, ryvita, citrus, grapefruit, gooseberries, resin and a generous citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh, tasty and well made, with a generous hop profile. Nice one.

Keg at PSBH, Manchester. It pours lightly hazy golden - orange with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, bready, grapefruit, biscuit, white bread, cake, herbal, grass and damp hay. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, grassy, rich tea biscuit, pithy, grapefruit, orange rind, minerals, touch of spice, warming alcohol and floury white bread with a dry, zesty finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Feels a bit sweet on the malt base ultimately. Interesting enough, but I had hoped for better.
