Handpull cask at the Pilgrims Progress, Bedford. Dark golden and clear with a bit of filmy white head. Apple, hay and golden syrup in the aroma. Bittersweet taste with a medicinal astringency at the finish. Flat oily body. Nothing special but certainly drinkable enough.

Pint on tap at Calvert's court, Stockport. Still golden beer with solid white head. Hard to find any aromas, maybe a whiff of sweet malt. Flat mouthfeel. Good lacing. Taste is light, fresh, and fruity. Finish is dry, hoppy, and fruity. Nice simple ale, easy to drink.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol March 2018. Golden in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. A sweet beer, with leafy hops, hedgerow fruits, cereal malts and a moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Cask at the standing order. Pours clear amber, nose is biscuity, toffee, floral, taste is sweet toffee, dry, light fruit.

Third of a pint in my local Wetherspoon pub on 15th March 2018. Golden pour, white crown with lacing. Light fruity nose, subtle hop bitterness in a fairly low key flavoured brew. refreshing enough, but lacked depth and oomph.

Cask handpull at The Hamilton Hall JDW London. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Light pale malt flavour. Some peach flavour. Some dryness on the finish .nothing amazing but drinkable enough. Decent condition
