Clear bottle from Morrisons, Todmorden. Clear copper-amber with a head. Mulled-malty influence is light but evident, perhaps style wise in its taste, and in a sweet and spicy aroma. It's sweet tasting too with background spices.

From cask at Lass O'Gowrie 29.11.17. Clear golden pale amber. Dense and persistent off-white head and lacing. Strong aroma of X-mas spices, with cinnamon and cloves. Also a hint of yeast and lemongrass.

Clear 500ml bottle: Red Wood/Teak coloured body, off white head. Base brew 'Old Speckled Hen' I assume. I was actually pleasantly surprised by this, almost liked it. Bit too sweet though, even for my sweet tooth; but you can easily pick up the aromas and flavours mentioned on the labeling, so I can't really complain too much.
