Hazy blond colour, white creamy foam. Nice hoppy nose, citrus, a bit yeasty, light banana, malty. Fruity but also grassy and dry.

Bottled from BaseCamp. Murky yellow-orange body, off-white head. Bubblegum, lightly yeasty, toasty, grain, light random fruity. Sweetish taste, nice bubblegum notes, phenols, hoppy bitterness, bit citric, lightly malty. Actually quite okay.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Saturday 13th May 2023 listening to Dreamwife (a recent EP?), Cooking Kebabs later, Pork me, Beef Mince Loz. This pours hazy yellow gold with a huge white head. There is a little hoppy buzz, this is actually quite a hoppy Hefe Weisse with a citrus bite, nice wheatiness, very refreshing, very good fresh Spring beer, though the yeastyness and banana is more muted with this beer.

Bottle. Golden color. Citric floral hopbitter flavor. Some tartness. Citrus and some herbal hops in the aroma. Well done, maybe a bit thin.

Bottle at Ambar. Looks almost like a hazy IPA (med yellow) with a Weißbier foam crown, lasting head from the high carbonation. Citrus hop aroma. Flavor has the typical banana and yeast wheat beer elements but also dry hopped IPA elements, and I can see lupulin in the bottom of the glass. Little to no hop burn. Fantastic Weiss-ipa, I need to get more!

500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange colour, big fluffy white head. Tangerine, some pineapple, orange cest, grapefruit, lime, spicy hops. Citric sourness, slightly dry bitter. Medium bodied, creamy milky texture, lively carbonated, crisp and very refreshing, dry finish. Very good Festweiße!

Bottle. Hazy yellow-golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is grassy, hay, flowery, banana cream, dough. Taste is banana cream, dough, phenolic finish with a sharp grassy bite. Silky mouthfeel. Good aroma, the flavour doesn’t hold up completely. Quite nice overall, though.

Hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is herbs unripe banana leek yeast slight scallops slight fruit. Taste is unripe sour fresh banana with some mandarin and yeasty sour finish. Smooth and bitter and sweet balanced with sour yeast on top. Typical green weizen.
