Okay, yes. Definitely a fan of this brewery. Simply a very enjoyable beer, no harshness from cheap ingredients or flavor indifference, unlike many similar beers. A great Kellerbier.

Amber with a haze. Thin, frothy white head. Modest aroma is a bit herbal, grainy. Taste is bitter the whole way through. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Serviceable for the style but lacking freshness.

Tight white head on a cloudy pale lemon coloured body. Chalky & herbal aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the tongue with a tingle on the back. Wheat, citrus, chalky & stone fruit tastes with a tangy finish. All the tastes seem a bit dampened.

Had this as Rothaus Zäpfle naturtrüb - same beer. Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks good! Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts fresh-hoppy, spicy, some fine lemon hints as well. Finish well balanced, fresh-hoppy, still mild lemon touch. Interesting!

33cl Fles van De Laat. Troebelgele kleur, mooie witte kraag.

Milder rezent. Im Abgang milde, leicht grasige Herbe. Ranziger Nachtrunk. - Weiches, für meinen Geschmack zu hefiges Zwickelbier. (23.6.2021.)

0.33 l bottle from local 'Trink & Spare', best before November 2021. Very hazy, golden with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently grassy-spicy, a little fruity-floral aroma of grains, some fresh grass and light lemon peel. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite grassy-spicy, slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, quite some fresh grass and traces of lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy-spicy, a little chalky finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Superbly balanced, refreshing and extremely quaffable Lager, nicely grassy as well. Nice!
