O:7.325 V:4.807 G:7.255 C:4.25 G:17.136 T:40.773

750mL bottle, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with fresh apricots and plenty of wild bugs. Flavour is wonderfully funky and fruity, somehow in perfect cohesion, with lots of fresh apricots, loads of funk brett, and rustic farmhouse notes. Full of apricot and barnyard funk in a beautiful marriage. Really excellent.

Draft: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head. Aroma of apricot and trat notes with some funky barnyard notes is also perceptible. Taste is also a good mix of apricot, peach and oak with some vinous notes with some tart notes also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice level of complexity with some balanced and limited amount of acidity.
