Hazy Double IPA with Citra Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, Galaxy, Vic Secret. A double version of our house Pale Ale, Dream House.
Double Dream House is here! Brewed to release at our annual AGM, also marking three years since the first Dream House brew back in June 2018.
We doubled the dry hop and malt bill of Dream House and also added a dash of Citra Incognito, a hop concentrate designed to deliver enhanced hop character.
The result is an enticingly fresh hop aroma with notes of tangy tropical fruit and a thick, smooth mouthfeel, as fruity and creamy as a big bowl of Orange and Pineapple Eton Mess.

Pours very hazed, milky orangeyellow. Medium white, creamy head. Scent is very creamy, malty. not very hoppy (in aroma nor bitterness) at all? Taste is full, rather bitter, mild citric notes. Fairly creamy. Decent, but ... Where's the character ?

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly smooth and semi dry. Emerging decent fine carbonation. Light malts bring a light creamy sweetness. Spicy orange and tangerine with a touch of peel bitterness underneath. Light pine. Trace of pink grapefruit. Light pine on the spicy finish. Wasn't too sure about this one, but a third through the can and it opened up for me, a real grower.

440ml can. Murky golden, creamy white head. Aroma of orange juice, pineapple, mango. Taste of sweet malts, orange juice, pineapple, more pulpy tropical fruits and zesty citrus, a little pine, moderate bitterness. Medium bodied, soft, smooth. Lovely.

Can at home from LHG online. A milky golden orange coloured pour with a lasting dense white creamy head. Aroma is nice fresh green hop, tangy citrus, pineapple, mango, sticky ripe fruit. Flavour is composed of sweet rounded malts, sticky orange, tangy citrus, green mango, rounded creamy malts, wheat, slick oats. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, cremay with a prickly finish, sticky hop. Really well put together.
