light orange colored graff, no foam head.
In the fragrance you smell like you are in a stable, you can also smell the apples lightly, also light vanilla tone.
In the mouth it's a good carbonation that hits you, I'm a bit disappointed with it, Nice acidity, light apple tones, light vanilla tone due to wood aging, slightly hoppy, aftertaste is quite dry.
This is a beautiful graff, definitely worth repeating!

Bottle. It's a lightly hazy one, pale golden in color, with some off-white bubbles. The aroma is quite funky and perfumed, with a good dash of apple, some lemon and a flowery hint. Some wood too. Almost puke-like, but strangely enough in a nice way. It's medium bodied and quite tart on the palate, with a very silky carbonation. Apple, lemon notes, leathery funk, flowers and perfumed hints in the flavor. Lasting finish. An unusual, but quite pleasant and refreshing one. 220209

14/1/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers. Pours clear pale gold with a small short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, green apple, yeast, flowers, light funky woody herbal notes. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness with a nice citric tart edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Slightly hazy golden colour, bubbly white foam head that slowly dissipates and aroma of lemon citrus rind, yeasty. Taste is sour, pale malt, apple, woody, vanilla oak, funk, with some citris rind and yeasty notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, tart finish. Quite drinkable.

Interesting 330ml bottle from Beerdome. Unclear hazed golden yellow, thin white ring circling the glass. Wild yeast aroma, some lemon hints. Taste seems to sit squarely within the graff mould, a pleasant wild character with a soft sour cider presence, some vinegar notes, barrel-aging influence seems noticeable with some prominent farmyard funk and wild flora. Mild natural carbonation. Interesting sipper.

Hazy pale golden with white head. Sour, light soapy & plasticcy, grainy, pinchy sour hard apples and pear. It always clashes a bit imho, but this is pleasant nonetheless. Nevel houseculture stands out most, appley aromas seep in.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy pale yellow golden with strong fizzy head. Lots of funk, soft vinegar, white grapes, a touch of dry malt, pineapple. Medium sour, light sweet. Undrr medium bodied with fizzy carbonation, just medium dry. Interesting.

Bottle. Color: Hazy pale golden, fast diminishing white head. Aroma: Wild yeast funk, apple, hoppy notes. Taste: Farmyard wild yeast funk, wood, quite subtle (compared to cider) sour and ripe apple notes, hoppy background. Fruity and floral. Medium body, just under average carbonation. Moderate tart, very light sweetness and bitterness. Refreshing. Rock solid Elegast cider combined with high quality and exciting Nevel beer, resulting in probably (one of) the best Graf(s). I want more!
