Swój perfekcyjnie zrównoważony smak zawdzięcza recepturze, opartej na chmielu i licznych typach słodu: pilzneńskim, monachijskim, karmelowym i palonym. To połączenie subtelnej goryczki z lekką nutą słodyczy tworzące pełne przyjemności bezalkoholowe piwo.

500ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, May 21. Bizarre non-alcoholic Polish dark beer tasting like cigarette-ingrained leather pub seats from the 1980s. Odd and generally undrinkable.

0.5 l bottle from 'EDEKA Preller' (Breckerfeld), best before October 2020. Clear, ruby with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish, bready and a bit malty aroma of bread crust, some caramel and traces of wort. Fairly sweet, malty, gently bready taste of caramel, bread crust and nuts, followed by a short, minimally bitter, bready finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very sweet but quite pleasant.

Bottle.bought by a colleague at a Polish shop in Aldershot. Grainy malty chocolatey aroma. Dark cola brown.Translucent beige head soon shrinks away. Sweet with a bitter. Bready cola. Light. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Abrupt finish. Is this a Kvass? I can happily drink these even though it's not exactly beer.
