Pours dark redpurple. Scent is intense on the red grapes. Taste is sharp, tart, very grape forward. A bit one-dimentionnal to the grapes for me.

Draught Deep burgundy-purple beer with a small white rim. Vinous perfumed beer, with lavender or rosemary aromas, also rosewater, cherry, cassis, raspberry - a jumble of aromas but absolutely balanced. Vinous, cassis, but also acids; fruit-, lactic-, and even a pinch of acetic. Blackcurrant finish. Rather well-bodied despite the acidburn and --thinning. Remarkable, excellent fruitbeer.

11/XI/22 - on tap @ Billie’s Craft Beer Fest (day 1), BB: n/a (2022-1518) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Cloudy purple brown to ruby beer, small creamy off-white head, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, a bit fruity, alcohol, dried fruits, funky, sourish impression. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish start, lemony, a bit soapy, earthy notes, very bitter and dry, spicy touch. Aftertaste: lots of acidity, vinegar notes, dry and spicy, earthy, wood, tannins. Not as fruity as you would hope for from the description.

Draft @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2022.
