Brown with a frothy, off-white head. Aroma of roasted grains, smoke, chocolate. Faint plum. Duller than usual if approached too cold but develops nicely. Bittersweet throughout. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Nice, smooth feel. Tasty.
