On tap at Circus. It's a lightly foggy pale golden colored cider with some white bubbles on top. The aroma has apple juice, apple jam, some grassy orchard notes and a sourish fruityness. It's full to medium bodied, semi-tart and nicely carbonated, with a sour apple flavor. Fresh apple juice, some apple jam notes, grass and lightly fruity-sweet. Long finish. Flawless, but way too close to plain unfiltered apple juice, and still quite nice. Woudn't mind more complexity though. 191004

170ml draught at Ølhallen. A bright yellow-gold body, ring of bubble to the rim of the surface, poor lacing. Okay aroma of apple skins. Green and red apples to the taste profile, ends dry. A likable cider that was not too sweet. (Tromsø 14.10.2021).

Tap @ Bøker&Børst. Slightly unclear golden body without any head. Aroma is pure apple and nothing else. Taste is plain, clean apple, sweet with some acidity. Medium body and same aftertaste. Clean and easy drinkable with no off flavors, but to plain with no complexity. To close to ordinary apple juice IMO.

Cirkus 041019. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is apple, yeast. Flavor is dry, sugar, apple. OK cider.

Vi er fortsatt i Malt & Humle-teltet (Gladmaten 2019), og tilbake til en cider. Melkeaktig, blek strågul med fint skum. 100% Gravenstein, og slik dufter og smaker det - norske epler i toppform! Svært forfriskende, litt tørr og meget tiltalende drikke, en utmerket sommeraperitif til helårsbruk.

330 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.0%. Cloudy yellow colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Fresh and very nice aroma of Gravenstein apples. The flavour is drier than the aroma made me expect, but there is still typical notes of Gravenstein. Moderately sour and quite crisp, slightly astringent.

From tap at Malt&Humle at Gladmaten, Stavanger, with JMD 27.07.19 and shared can at Mi2 at Cardinal 17.06.19. Cloudy pale pear juice colour. Aroma and taste of sour pears, fresh orchard apples and sour wild apples. Acid and astringent aftertaste. Refreshing.
