Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 07/07/22. Black with a decent tan cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is cocoa powder, dried fruit rinds, dates, tickle of bourbon, spice, earthy. Taste comprises dark malts, spice, light roast, fruit cake mix, dates, charr, bourbon kiss, boozey tunes. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good spike of alcohol. Decent enough BA impy if perhaps lacking some depth to the flavour profile, ABV considered.

Bottle: Poured a deep black with a khaki brown head. Aroma is rich roasted malts, boozy, bourbon, chocolate. Taste is bourbon, boozy, alcohol forward, loads of molasses and roasted malts, dark fruits, figs, chocolate, thick and chewy. Burning alcohol in the finish.

33cl bottle from Prik&Tik Kampenhout, Belgium. F: thin, tanned, quick gone. C: dark, opaque. A: dark malts, red wine, bourbon, woody, chocolate, rum touch, coconut, berries. T: full malty base, light roasted tones, berries, dried figs, coffee, tobacco touch, bourbon, woody, chocolate, decent bitterness, soft carbonation, nice complex beer, fully enjoyed.

33cl bottle from Õllepood nr.1 Gambrinus, Tartu. Pours pitch black with a modest, tanned head. Roasty and somewhat boozy aroma with bourbon, wood, vanilla and hints of coffee and dried, dark fruits. Sweet, somewhat boozy and slightly vinous with warming alcohol and a somewhat dryish finish. Nice and desserty.

330 ml bottle. Pours black with short tan head. Aromas of roasted malts, dry oak and black coffee. Flavours follow same; oak is woody, almost sour; little bourbon.

Vintage 2020. Black color, with almost no head. Roasted aroma, chocolate, wood, a little burnt, nut hints. Taste is roasted malts, chocolate, light liquors notes, sweetish but balanced, also the alcohol is there but not booze at all. Full body, chewy mouthfeel, low carbonation. Another beautiful beer from the Black Damnation series.

Bottle third stop in Worcester is Triple B. Saturday 14th May 2022 in the company of Lynn, Barry, Mum and Keith. Pours black with a light beige head, super chocolatey, smooth, warming, a little boozy, but this is good, really good. Lots of milky chocolate.

A black beer, a head is medium and brown. Aroma has liquorice, salt liquorice, vanilla, light bourbon and prune. Taste has salt liquorice, dried fruits, some dry barrel. Full bodied. Powerful, pretty nice balance and barreling.
